Provision three separate credential sets on the OVHcloud account — an OVHcloud APIv6 application key/secret/consumer key scoped to GET /me/bill* and GET /cloud/*, an OpenStack user (openrc.sh) with Compute/Volume/Image/Network operator roles on the Public Cloud project, and an S3 access key/secret pair for the project's Object Storage endpoint — then install python-ovh, python-openstackclient and the AWS CLI locally.
